RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S) FREE OF CHARGE

If you receive an item from us, we ask you to handle it with the utmost care. With every order, you will receive clear instructions about how the garment should be worn and how the garment should be treated. We request that you read and follow these instructions.
We cannot exchange or accept returned items that are damaged due to incorrect care.

In addition, we advise you to fit the items, which are mainly basic wear/underwear, for the first time while wearing your own underwear. If an item does not fit properly or if the item does not meet your expectations then the item may be returned or exchanged within 14 days.
Only unused and unworn items, in original packaging, will be accepted.

1 Register your return with us by E-mail
Write us a brief E-mail to info@knapman.co.uk to register your return.
Please mention your invoice number and the product(s) that you would like te return to us.

2 Receive return instructions by E-mail
You will receive all details about returning your product by E-mail, including a pre-paid return label and a return form.

3 Return your product
Return your product following the return instructions. After we received your return, we will exhange or refund your product immediately.


NB: Items with a discount of 70% or more may not be exchanged or returned.
